Will has spent over a decade at NEXT, most recently as design manager. Beyond his role, he has built a steady practice of freelance collaborations with other creatives.

He's worked alongside some of the greatest fashion photographers and led pitches and campaigns for some of the worlds leading brands.

His sweet spot lies in building branding systems that are flexible and coherent, spanning digital marketing, web, motion, and type. Flexible frameworks that feel alive and understandable.

He believes in clean grids, messy notebooks, and work that ages well, design that feels obvious once it’s done. Collaboration is central to his practice; designing with/for good people is what keeps him going.
